I bought a 10- peice Emeril Stainless W/COPPER set at Macy's. (Don't think you can't save money there!) Talk to a rep. and they'll tell you the sale days, (usually tuesday - wednesday), I got the set at a bargain, and they threw in the cast iron skillet with the fins.

No matter where you buy, you'll get a lifetime guarantee, they're made in USA, (New Jersey), and beautiful hardware!

The copper spreads the heat FAST, and even! No need for high heat with these babies! Everything is Top Notch!

Just buy a small bottle of white vinegar, and some Bartender's helper (by the Comet, in the supermarket), together less than 5$.

I was going to buy here, but couldn't get the deal that I got at Macy's with the rep.

Get used to using butter, olive oil, or smart balance spread. NO SPRAYS! They'll burn on, and need to be polished off.
