Purchased this 2 pc pan set 3 wks ago and love it! The anodized non-stick layer on the pans appears very durable, for now that is. Hopefully this will be the case 1 year from now. They warn not to use non-stick spray on these types of pans so i plan on following those directions so that they will last as long as possible without having that 'gummy' surface appear as they age. The only downside to these is the handle does get hot the closer your hand gets to the side of the pan surface. They clean up great and were a great price for the set of 2. Previous reviews had mentioned to beware of the '2 pc pan set' as these were not the same quality as if you were to buy the
pans separately. But i am perfectly happy with the weight(heavy but not too heavy to handle) and craftsmanship of both of these and would definitely suggest these as a 'buy'.

I have been happy so far with all the Emeril products. However, the handles, as another reviewer noted, are not as good in the sets versus the individual pans. But, given the price, these pans can't be beat.

Not bad for the money. Not nearly as durable as my regular Emeril All Clad Pro stuff, but decent. The handles seem sturdy and that is good. Don't know how long the coating will last, but that is a test of time. Overall I am happy with these pans, good for cooking eggs and such. Much thinner bottoms than the other Emeril stuff so don't let it get too hot. I am happy with this purchase, especially for the price.

I love the hard Anodized Nonstck frying pans. They are the best nonstick I have ever used and very easy to care for. You could clean it with just a paper towel.

The pans are okay. It'll be great if the handle is thicker and easier to hold. As the handle is thin, the heat can pass to the end of the handle so that when you hold the handle, you can not use your bare hand.
